School Rules

Guidelines for Parents
  1. Parents/guardians are advised not to walk into the classrooms either to see their ward or to seek an interview with the teacher during class hours. They may instead make an appointment at the reception in case of urgency.
  2. Parents are requested not to seek short leave for their wards except in case of a genuine emergency. They should apply in writing in such a case citing the reason for the short leave.
  3. While communicating with school authorities, the parents are requested to mention in their letters/applications the name, class, and section of the child concerned.
  4. When, unfortunately, a child falls sick or meets with an accident, the school provides first aid, and the parents must collect their wards when contacted.
  5. Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend classes. A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious disease should produce a fitness certificate.
  6. Parents are required to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality, and discipline.
  7. In case your child is not making the desired progress or if you have any suggestions regarding your ward’s studies, you are welcome to contact the Principal/Class Teacher/Subject-teacher on Parents-Teachers Day or with a prior appointment.
  8. Please see that your ward carries text/exercise books according to the timetable for that day. No extra books are allowed.
  9. Kindly ensure that he/she is prepared for the regular tests & examinations. Also, see his/her Report Card and teacher’s remarks in his/her classwork/homework exercise books.
  10. Kindly inform the school if there is any change in the address and/or telephone number.
  11. Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities, and sports.
  12. Children should not bring crackers, colors, transistors, cameras, video cameras, calculators, mobile phones, etc. to school. Bursting crackers and playing with colors is strictly prohibited due to security reasons & indulging in any such activity may lead to the expulsion of the student from the school.
  13. Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her possessions. There should be a name tag on blazers and sweaters.
  14. Expensive articles should not be brought to school. Students are also not allowed to wear jewelry in school. In case of violation of this rule, the articles may be confiscated.
  15. No student will be allowed to go home during school hours without the written permission of the Principal/Class Teacher.
  16. If your ward is absent from school, he/she must catch up with all the work he/she has missed.
School Timings

Nursery to U.K.G – Monday to Saturday

    • Summer  –  7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
    • Winter – 8:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.

Grade I to VIII – Monday to Saturday

    • Summer & Winter  – 7:40 a.m. to 01:40 p.m.
Fee Regulations
  1. Fees are charged for all the 12 months of an academic session. Fees must be deposited before the 12th of every month without fail.
  2. A fine of Rs. 25/- will be charged for a week & Rs. 50/- up to the last working day of the month.
  3. The fees are collected in the school office between 7:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on all working days.
Extra/ Remedial Classes
Extra classes are arranged in the school for weak as well as brilliant students. Parent / Guardian should co-operate in this respect for the benefit of their ward.

ADMISSION OPEN FOR SESSION 2024 - 25​

Admission
  1. The academic session of school starts in the 1st week of April every year.
  2. Entry level class of the school is First. The children attaining the age of years as of 31st March of the year of admission are eligible for First class.
  3. All students seeking admission are required to register themselves for admission. The students under the General and E.W.S. category are selected for admission as per Govt. norms, as applicable from time to time.
  4. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason.
  5. Children are admitted at the request of the parents and while all normal precautions are taken to ensure their safety, the school will not be liable for any damages on account of any injury, that a student may sustain in school, on the school bus, or while taking part in any activity organized inside or outside the school.
Withdrawal
  • One calendar month’s notice in writing or tuition fee in lieu thereof is to be paid when the student is to be withdrawn from the school.
  • Transfer Certificate and security deposit/caution money will be released after clearance of school dues in case of withdrawal.
  • Student’s name will be struck off from the school rolls for any one of the following reasons:
    i. Long absence without sanctioned leave and irregularity in attendance.
    ii. Behavioral problems which persist despite the maximum efforts made by the school.
    iii. Continuous weakness in studies despite the best efforts of the school to uplift the child’s efficiency.
    iv. Non serious attitude and persistent negligence of school programmes, regulations, and work by the pupil.
    v. Moral breach or any damage to school’s property considered serious by the school authorities.
